We deliver worldwide via partnering with leading package delivery companies within your region, such as UPS, DHL, PostNord, TIPSA & DPD to get your products delivered to you in the fastest and most secure way. Our packages are always trackable.

Europe (including UK, Andorra & Norway)

  • Spain, Portugal & Andorra within 1-3 business days (Local pick-up available in Barcelona).
  • Sweden within 2-3 business days (Local pick-up available in Stockholm).
  • Northern & Southern Europe* within 3-5 business days.
  • Central Europe* within 4-6 business days.
  • Rest of Europe* within 5-9 business days.
  • United Kingdom & Ireland within 3-6 business days.

*Northern & Southern Europe includes: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Croatia, Greece, Italy.

*Central Europe includes: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Switzerland & Monaco.

*Rest of Europe includes: All other EU countries not stated above.

Return & Refund Policy

If your product is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from the point in which you received them to do a return and communicate it via e-mail. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost.

- Please let us know if you need any assistance on courier solutions, we are happy to help out.

To return your product follow below steps:

    • Contact us at info@ameoseyewear.com with your order number and 'Return' in the subject line.
    • In your e-mail let us know: your full name, reason for return and receipt or proof of purchase. Please let us know if you wish to receive store credit (gift card) or refund to your original payment method.
    • Pack your product in its original packaging and in the condition received. Returns received that are not in its original condition, or clear signs of usage may be refusued.
    • Once we receive your e-mail, we will provide you with the return address. Please allow us up to 10 days of processing your return upon arrival.
    • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (3-7 days depending on method) & store credits will be e-mailed. Refunds excludes shipping and return costs.

      - Please note that we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your returns. We are not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us.

      - Please note that if you received your sunglasses in a faulty manner, contact us directly at info@ameoseyewear.com with proof of photos/videos.

        Exchange Policy

        If your product is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from the point in which you received them to do an exchange. Exchanged products are shipped for free within EU & United Kingdom, Norway & Andorra. For countries outside mentioned zone, shipping costs will apply. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for the product you want the send back to us and change, regardless of your country.

         Sale & Gift Cards

        • Sale products that are returned for a refund can only receive it in the form of a store credit (Gift Card) or product exchange. No refund on original payment method.
        • Products that are returned and purchased with a Gift Card will receive the refund on the same Gift Card. You will receive your virtual Gift Card with an updated balance and an e-mail confirmation for your refund.
        • Gift Cards are not eligible for a cash refund.
        • Products purchased partially with a Gift Card and credit card method will receive the same amount refunded as paid to the two methods. Refunds to other credit cards or other payment methods that was not initially paid with are not eligible for a refund.

        International Orders

        • International orders might be subject for additional costs such as customs charges or import taxes, please check with your local authorities.
        • Any additional costs applied by your local authorities falls under the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Ameos Eyewear is not responsible for paying any additional costs.
        • If refused, Ameos Eyewear has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.
