Return & Exchange Policy


If you wish to return an item, please let us know through the contact page or send an email to info@ameoseyewear.com. Within your e-mail please include order number, reason for return and a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your inquiry, we will provide you with the return address.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 14 days from the point in which you have received your product, this policy also applies if you order any of our eyewear from the early access function. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, Ameos can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanges, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You can always cancel your order if we delay the delivery, for example, if we are out of stock, or if you have pre-ordered a product. We will inform you as soon as we know that we can’t deliver in time. You can then decide if you want to wait for the item, change the item or cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend strongly that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Ameos Eyewear is not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us.

For countries outside the EU additional costs such as customs charges or import taxes may apply, please check with your local authorities. Ameos Eyewear is not responsible for paying any additional cost applied by countries outside EU, this responsibility falls on the buyer.
