Shipping

All orders ships for free to the following zones:
  • Europe (including Norway, Andorra & Switzerland)
  • United Kingdom
  • USA
Countries outside these zones will have shipping costs applied.
All orders sent by Ameos are trackable. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link.
We work with leading transportation companies to offer fast and reliable shipping.
  • Orders to Spain, Sweden and Portugal take 1-2 business days.
  • Orders to the rest of Europe take 4-6 business days.
  • Orders to the UK and US take 4-6 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes! You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return or exchange your product(s). Email us at info@ameoseyewear.com with your order number and “return” or ‘’exchange’’ in the subject line and we will help you with your request.

Please note that product(s) not in the original condition or with clear signs of usage will not be accepted for a return or exchange by Ameos.

You will be responsible for paying your own return label for a product you wish to exchange or return.

In case of an exchange, the requested exchange product will ship for free by Ameos to:
  • Europe (Including Norway, Andorra and Switzerland)
  • United Kingdom
  • USA

If you are outside of these areas, shipping fees will apply for the exchanged product.

Please note that product(s) not in the original condition or with clear signs of usage will not be accepted for an exchange or return by Ameos.

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders after they’ve been placed as they immediately enter our system. If you have ordered a product you do not want, please get in touch with us directly at info@ameoseyewear.com to request a return or an exchange.

Please note, Ameos reserves the right to deduct the refundable amount if the product(s) in the original packaging is missing, damaged or showing signs of use.

Oh no, we are sorry to hear this! We only work with high-quality materials and craft our sunglasses by hand in Italy. However, we are not perfect. If you’ve received a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us directly at info@ameoseyewear.com with picture or video proof and we will solve the issue as fast as possible.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Visa, Shop Pay, Amex and Maestro.

All payment options available for each country are displayed at checkout when you have selected your shipping country.
Yes, Klarna’s payment methods are available in all countries using the currency Euro.

Products shipped within the EU are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Non-EU countries may be subject to VAT and customs duties on top of the sales price once the package reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

Ameos is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency. If an international package is refused, Ameos has the right to deduct the return shipping cost from the original refund amount.

If you have any further questions regarding VAT and customer duties, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Sale

Products that are returned and purchased during a sale or using a discount code can be refunded only in the form of a gift card (store credit) but not refunded on the original payment method.

The return policy for sale products applies to any product bought with a temporarily reduced price. Including our Flash Sale, Black Week Sale, Winter Sale, Summer Sale and with discount codes sent via email. Solely products bought with first-time customer discount codes are eligible for full refund on the original payment method.

Yes! Products bought during our sales can be exchanged. Please note that in the case you wish to exchange for a product at a higher price, you will have to pay the difference. Return labels are at your own cost, however, exchanged products will ship for free by Ameos to:

All of our frames are made of premium biodegradable acetate, an eco-friendly material known for its strength and flexibility. We carefully select lenses and only work with Italian CR-39 or nylon lenses with an anti-scratch coating for maximum durability and colorful vision.

Yes! All of our eyewear has 100% protection from UVA and UVB rays.

Yes, you can bring your sunglasses to your local optician and they will be able to switch the lenses for your prescription.

All of our models can be worn and expressed by everyone.
